BEAVERCREEK — An increased workload driven by new contract wins has allowed TACG, LLC of Beavercreek to add six local positions and expand into a new space not far from its previous location.

To celebrate, the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce will assist with a ribbon cutting 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, March 11 at TACG’s new space, 3725 Pentagon Blvd., Suite 110.

TACG’s new office space provides multiple large meeting areas, allowing for collaborative project work, and fully equipped cubes and offices for 28 staff that includes a mix of TACG employees and teaming partners. The building is also located near Wright-Patterson Air Force Base’s Area B and I-675 access points, making for quick travel to HQ Air Force Materiel Command, where TACG does the majority of its local work.

“Our new office space creates an atmosphere of excitement,” said Brian Chaney, President, TACG, LLC. “It is busy. It is vibrant. It is dynamic. It truly feels like a business, not just an office space.”

TACG was established in Dayton in March 2006. Its initial business focus was the Air Force, specifically Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. In 2012, Alaska Native General Services, an Alaskan tribal owned business entity based in Cordova, Alaska, became the majority owner. This ownership change allowed TACG to participate in the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) business development program. Since its acceptance into the program, TACG has grown steadily, and now works with other federal agencies, such as the Food and Drug Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. TACG’s business offerings have expanded to include information assurance, online training development and learning management system implementation, as well as financial management and administrative services.

“TACG was started in Dayton and its headquarters will stay here as we continue to grow,” said Todd Vikan, Chief Operations Officer, TACG, LLC.

TACG employs 35 staff members in the Dayton region and a current total of 69 employees nationwide. The company recently expanded its employee benefits, offering opportunities to grow that are unequaled for a business its size. TACG is dedicated to being a great place to work.

TACG’s ribbon cutting will include a celebration of its 10 year anniversary and a rollout of a new logo and website. Guests will also be invited to view a collection of Native American artwork that will be displayed within the new office space, a celebration of the heritage with which TACG is aligned. Refreshments will be provided.
