Teen Advisory Group for grades 6-12, 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1. Over snacks, the library staff will talk about books and programs and activities and plot to take over the world. Registration required.

Crazy 8s Math Club, 4:45-5:45 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 10, 17. Sign up for eight weeks of hands-on fun and games to get you fired up about math. Build stuff, make music, make messes, and learn. Registration required.

Energy Winter Prep Tips for adults, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3. Luka Papalko from the Ohio Public Utilities Commission helps consumers get ahead of the curve for winter. Patrons learn how to prepare for the cold and still save money. Registration required.

NaNoWriMo Write-in for ages 13-18, 4-5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 4 and 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10 and 3-4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26. Join other NaNoWriMo-ers for a quiet hour of writing to get closer to the 50,000-word goal of finishing your book! Registration required.
