BEAVERCREEK — The community of Beavercreek welcomes a new resident to the area. Rehab at Home hosted its ribbon cutting ceremony and open house on Jan. 13 located at 1370 N. Fairfield Road, Suite B.

Rehab at Home is a locally owned company comprised of healthcare professionals that have been serving their communities for the last 30 years.

“Our company is a Home Health Agency focused on providing superior patient care by utilizing evidence based clinical strategies and healthcare technology which empowers our patients to achieve optimal clinical outcomes,” President of Rehab at Home David Kerns, PT, DPT, CSCS said.
