BEAVERCREEK — The Rotary Club of Beavercreek officially welcomed two new members into its club during its meeting at the Beavercreek Golf Course.

Ann Upthegrove-Vore, president and CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, and Stephen Brown, Sales Director for the Hilton Garden Inn, were unanimously voted into the Rotary Club at a previous board meeting.

Mike Zwick, who nominated both to the club, pinned their Rotary pins at the induction ceremony.

Upthegrove-Vore has served as president and CEO of the Beavercreek Chamber for the past 18 months. Prior to this leadership position, she spent four years in sales and marketing for the Marriott. Earlier in her career, she worked for 20 years for U.S. Airways, primarily in sales and marketing. She is a graduagte of Chaminade-Julienne High School, and she also attended Sinclar Community College and the University of Dayton.

Brown, a graduate of Sinclair Community College with a degree in communication, and from Beavercreek High School, has worked in the hotel industry for much of his professional career. He’s been in his role as Director of Sales for the Hilton Garden Inn for the past seven months.
