Local graduates
NORMAN, Okla. – Students from 43 states and Washington, D.C., are among candidates for degrees this fall on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. Jeremy M. Burczyk of Beavercreek received a master of arts degree.
UC graduates
CINCINNATI – The University of Cincinnati announced its list of fall semester graduates. The following local residents received degrees: Brandon Elliott – bachelor of business administration, Christian Holl – bachelor of science, Randolph Roark – bachelor of business administration, Paul O’Brien – bachelor of science in civil engineering all of Beavercreek: Paul Heffernan – bachelor of arts, Michelle Price – bachelor of technical and applied studies, Caroline Turner – undergraduate certificate all of Bellbrook; Michael Morrison – bachelor of science in health sciences and Jennifer Routt – associate of applied science, both of Fairborn; Maxine Midtbo – bachelor of fine arts of Xenia.
KSU academics
KENT – Kent State University full-time students were named to the dean’s list and president’s list for superior academic achievement during the 2015 fall semester.
To be named to the dean’s list, students must have achieved a grade point average of 3.40 or greater. The following local students were named to the dean’s list: Camille Winslow, Mindy Dacri-Kim, Ryan Dunn, Dallas Huff, Robert Maxwell, Vignasiddh Enukonda all of Beavercreek and Daniel Yost of Bellbrook.
To qualify for the president’s List, students must have an average in the semester of 4.0. Hafsa Hussain of Beavercreek was named to the president’s list.
UD locals graduate
DAYTON – Nearly 300 undergraduate students, including those from your area listed below, received degrees at the University of Dayton’s 2015 fall commencement ceremony in University of Dayton Arena.
The following local students received degrees: William McClure, Nicholas Scheuermann, Matthew Witzeman all of Bellbrook; Kori McBride, Jake Berman, Abigail Christy, Joseph Hamilton all of Beavercreek.

OXFORD – Miami University awarded 932 degrees to students during fall commencement exercises Dec. 11, 2015, in Millett Hall. The following Greene County residents received degrees: Craig DeHart of Xenia – master of education; Jarett Engel of Beavercreek – bachelor of arts; Kristin Helling of Bellbrook – master of computer science; Brianna Watson of Beavercreek – bachelor of science; Eric Wilcox of Fairborn – bachelor of science.
Fazio makes list
UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS – Caylan Fazio of Beavercreek has been named to the dean’s list at John Carroll University for the fall 2015 semester. Students eligible for the dean’s list must have completed a minimum of 12 semester hours within one semester and have a quality grade point average of at least 3.5 on a 4.0 scale.
